Rethinking the reception desk

Central

2013-2017

Weekly sprints of 2 people

For nearly four years, I had the exciting opportunity to collaborate closely with Proxyclick as a UX designer at Central. Our mission? To fine-tune Proxyclick's digital presence across their website, backend application, and kiosk app.

Our approach was hands-on and dynamic: two designers, four-day sprints, and a whole lot of creativity. I often found myself at the helm, orchestrating these sprints, crafting and testing prototypes. Meanwhile, a talented colleague would complement my efforts with their visual design and development expertise. It was like a well-oiled design machine!

What made this journey truly special was witnessing firsthand how thoughtful design can elevate a small startup to an industry frontrunner — and we did it without breaking the bank! It was all about smart choices, user-focused solutions, and a dash of design magic.
